Back in the band

It has been a while but I am back!
I spent 6 awesome weeks in Europe and now I'm back to get rid of a bit of holiday weight and work off the last 15-20kg that I aim to lose
I currently weigh 76.8kg
I got a fill last week and my doctor was very proud that I'd lost 10kg since seeing her last
I'm eating really slowly and trying to eat as clean as possible
I just lack motivation to go the gym as much as I used to
Prior to going overseas, I was waking up early and going to the gym before and after work everyday except Saturday
Since being home, I do an hour at the gym 3-4 times a week
I'm hoping to weigh around 60-65kg by my 25th birthday at the end of January
Would love to re-engage and get back into blogging!

Amazing news! 50kg down :)

I have been wicking to the Michelle bridges 12WBT 100% and am proud to say that so far since 
may 13, I have lost 8.2kg. Very very pleased with myself!

I have also passed the 50kg lost mark!

Current weight is 76.5kg!

Start weight was 126.6kg. I feel amazing...and feel confident that I can reach my ultimate goal 
of 55kg by my 25th birthday at the end of January

The Invisalign diet

On Thursday, I began my invisalign treatment.
For those who don't know what invisalign are, it's the new clear braces technology. Rather than irritating metal wires in my mouth, I now where tight retainers 22hours of everyday for a year in order to straighten my overcrowded teeth.
They are nearly invisible and I can eat whatever I want. Every time I eat though, I need to take them out, brush and floss my teeth...every single time!
Now I admit to being quite a lazy person, so the thought of having to brush and floss my teeth after every bite of food does not seem worth it. Hence, I've already lost 1kg since Thursday! It works fantastically with my band and is certainly a good way of proving that most of the time I'm only head hungry. I've been sticking to three meals a day, and although my band is not very tight, I don't often feel very hungry.
Goes to show that all that snacking I used to do was most likely just boredom!

Changing up the workouts

Australia Day long weekend was last week and since that break I have not been motivated to work out.
I went to gym yesterday morning for cardio and then Zumba in the evening.
This morning I was exhausted and didn't get up until 8:30am!
When I don't start off my day with a workout, I get extra lazy.
I had to push myself this evening to get active.
I've had the Biggest Loser challenge game for wii for a few years now. I popped it on and did a 45 minute full body workout am exhausted!!! It's like having a personal trainer in my TV. It's an excellent program!

Mission Eurotrip!

For those of you who don't follow my new blog, I am heading back to malta and Europe at the end of July!
I am so excited, and I am so motivated to lose a huge chunk of weight before then.
I leave on July 24th. I booked last week so I've already created a timeline of my goals by then!
I started January 21st, exactly a week ago. I've set my goal to lose between 15-20kg by then (26 weeks)
Last week I started hitting the gym hard. I've been going for 45-60 minutes in the morning before work, then back to the gym after work for more cardio and weights or a class.
On Saturdays I have been going to a bootcamp with my old personal trainer.
I've been wearing my bodymediafit band 23 hours a day! And I find that wearing my polar heart rate monitor is a huge incentive for me to keep working and competing against myself.
My diet hasn't been fantastic, however I have been keeping track of all my calories and making sure that if I don't eat the best, I workout more.
My bodymediafit band is a godsend because it gives me all the data I need to make sure that I always burn more than I eat.

Start weight 21/1/13: 87kg
Week 1 28/1/13: 85.2kg
Loss = 1.8kg

New year, new blog, new me

Happy new year everybody!
Can't believe 2012 is over and done with.
In 2012 I got my first full time job, bought my first brand new car and spent an amazing month in America.
I also joined the gym and got my groove back...that was until I went to America, ate a whole lot of crap and enjoyed myself over the holidays.
2013 is a brand new year and in 2014 I will be turning 25. Therefore, it is a huge year for me.
My goals:
- to lose the rest of this weight. Goal weight by 25 = 65kg
- get back to the gym and find a new personal trainer
- move out of home!
- find love! ( haha cheesy I know)

So new year means new blog. I've been blogging here for a few years now but it's getting old.
