Loss!

Finally, a good loss! Since my fill on Wednesday I have lost a kilo and I'm still on my period, so hopefully it will be an awesome loss by next Wednesday! I've been sticking to liquids until Monday just in case I get stuck and need to take fluid out. In the past I've been caught out on weekends in a lot of pain needing a removal and having to wait until Monday I have been making amazing smoothies and eating yummy greek yoghurt and have not actually been hungry or craving I hope, and I am crossing all my fingers and toes, that this is my sweet spot! CW: 87kg

12WBT Progress

I haven't been a very good blogger lately! I have been flat out at work and very rarely have time to hop onto the internet other than to check my emails! Yesterday was my week 5 weigh in for the 12WBT and I gained 500grams. I know I haven't been strict with my diet but I have still be working out daily. I'm not making excuses, but I'm hoping it's just period bloating!! I've been sticking to most of the main meals of the 12WBT plan, but have been completely off track with the snacks. I've succumbed to all the junk food that mum is constantly bringing into the home. I don't know why I choose junk over healthy, nutritious snacks. It could be laziness but I don't think it's self sabotage.  I watched Mish's videos about self sabotage last night and it really got me thinking. Fill

Well I haven't been as strict with my diet as I should My restriction had worn off and I admit, I was taking advantage of it I know i'm close to my "sweet spot" though! I only put in 0.1cc today. I'd rather take it slow than become too tight and have to remove all my fill again Fingers crossed!
