Way off track =(

I'm still working out like a mad woman, but my eating has been way off lately
I'm constantly hungry. I normally eat a bowl of oats at 8:30am and then by 10am my stomach is already growling with hunger.
I'm snacking lots. On fruit, on rice crackers, on yoghurt.
I have a fill on Wednesday and I'm hoping to get 0.1 or 0.2cc put in.
I know I'm close to my sweet spot. When I got my last fill, I could feel that I was close to that "green zone"
I'm hoping that this next fill will be the last one I need for a while.
I'm getting my measurements done this week so hopefully I'll get some good losses :)

My weekend + A Loss!

I had a great weekend

On Friday I went to my second ever AFL match! Geelong Vs Essendon...Go Cats!!
I was with my friend...who can eat a truck load of junk and not even put on 100 grams. I was so over being stuck at a plataeu that I just gave in and ate some junk. Greasy fries and 4 deep fried dimsims...they were gross but I missed all the saltiness

On Saturday I was planning on waking up at 9am for Body Combat but I ended up sleeping in until 11. I hate sitting around the house on weekends so my sister and I decided to go for a bushwalk. We walked for about an hour, up and down hills. Total 4km and burned over 500cals!

I ate like total crap this weekend. I snacked way too much...but I think it's what my body needed! Woke up this morning and was 0.5kg down since Friday :D

Can't wait to hit the gym though. I really feel like crap when I eat so much junk

Still stuck at a plateau

It is driving me crazy!!
My clothes are starting to feel a lot looser so I'm happy about that
But I've been stuck at the same weight for a few weeks now and no matter what I do I still can't shift it!
I've been changing up my gym routine, changing up my diet, sleeping, lots of water etc
Any tips?!

Pilates...dun dun dunnnn

So I tried my first Pilates class after Zumba today
I don't exactly know how I feel about it
It was a little difficult, especially when I had to keep my legs in the air half the time!
It was relaxing, but I don't think it's my thing
Might try yoga instead

Plateau :(

I am stuck!
It's the final day of challenge, thank god
But I'm hovering between 92-93kg and just can't break it...even with optislim!

Any suggestions?

Body Step and PT

I went to my first ever Body Step class and it was painful!
It took me a while to get coordinated, and I didn't even put blocks under the step
But at least I tried it, and I will be going again next week

PT was a lot easier this week. A lot less leg work. Did a lot of boxing and weighted squats and lunges.

I'm getting quite a few friends and family telling me to slow down at the gym, and I guess I do actually do quite a bit, but I enjoy it!

Sunday: Zumba
Monday: 30 mins Cardio machines + Boxing
Tuesday: 30 mins Cardio machines + Zumba
Wednesday: Personal Training + Body Step
Thursday: Cardio + Weights + Body Combat + Zumba = Killer Thursdays!!
Friday: Zumba Toning

Optislim Day 3

The weight is just falling off me!!

Started Sunday at 93.5kg.

It's now Tuesday and I am already at 92kg!

It has not been too hard to stick to. I have still had a few snacks to keep me sane, but my caloric intake is always around 800 cals

It's not something that I plan to stick to for longer than a week though

It's just a nice boost, and I really want to impress my trainer at the final weigh in!
