To fill or not to fill?
Since my last fill on August 1st, I haven't felt any difference in my restriction
I am still hungry often, even after a meal, and I am consequently snacking more than I know I should
As you might know, I joined the 12 Week Body Transformation challenge and to complete it successfully, it is encouraged to eat exactly what is on the meal plan
Part of me would love to get another fill, but the other part of me knows that if I do get a fill, I won't be able to stick to the program 100%
I have a fill appointment booked for august 29th and then another one on September 26th
I haven't actually recieved my meal plans yet (the 12 weeks begins on August 27th) so i'll guess I'll just wait and see what the recipes involve and decide at the end of this month

12WBT
So last night at 11:30pm I spontaneously shelled out $200 to join Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation challenge
I have not been feeling that motivated the past few weeks
Since coming back from QLD last weekend, I have only been to the gym once this week
It is ridiculous and I have used the worst excuses ever
I really like the idea of having to work on your mindset as well as your nutrition and exercise. I think that's where I'm lacking. I need to finally get my head in the right place so that I don't keep giving up
The actual challenge starts on August 27...exactly 12 weeks before I head to America!!
In the meantime, I have started the pre-season tasks. I completed task 1 this morning...identifying your excuses
It was such an interesting task. I was so honest with myself and I was able to list just about every excuse I have ever used!
Hoping to complete the rest of the tasks this weekend so that I'm caught up with the other members.
I hope it works! I am going to try my damn hardest!

2 year bandiversary!
Just realised today marks the second year of having the lap band
HW- 126.6kg
SW (day of surgery)- 115kg
CW- 91kg
Total lost: 35.6kg
I have never once regretted having the surgery.
I do regret eating so much crap and drinking so much alcohol in Europe though. My lowest weight in 2011 was 84kg. Unfortunately I gained quite a bit of weight when I got back from holidays but am finally back on track. It has taken me 23 years to actually enjoy working out! In the two years of having the band, I only just started exercising in May this year. It is a long process and is definitely not a quick fix, but it is worth it and I am hoping to be close to goal weight by this time next year!

Sunny weekend!
This weekend my sister and I went up to the Gold Coast to visit friends.
We thought the weather was amazing! It was so sunny and warm. Our friends however, thought it was freezing and kept apologising for the crap weather lol
We ate so much crap :( It's so hard being at other people's homes when they don't know I have the band. My friend doesn't cook so most of our meals were fast food or frozen meals.
I don't think my recent fill made any difference.
I'm not proud of this, but I ate pizza, chicken nuggets, fries, pastries and drank lots of alcohol
We did however, do a lot of walking.
I came home and was quite surprised that I didn't gain any weight
I haven't lost weight in a long tie though. I'm hoping it's because I'm gaining muscle
I have a fill booked in for the 29th August and am definitely going in for another small fill

Fill and measurements
I finally got another fill.
My doctor is so happy with my progress. According to her scales, I've lost 4kg since seeing her 6 weeks ago. She said she could really tell that I'm slimmer though.
I got another small fill of 0.2cc. Hopefully this is my sweet spot!
I went to PT straight after the appointment and got my measurements. I have lost so many cm's!! 12cms off my waist since starting gym!! He can really tell that I'm toning up a lot.
Hopefully now my diet will improve and I'll be able to reach goal!
