I have my first consult for measurements with my trainer on Tuesday
I actually didn't weigh in with my trainer on the first day of the challenge, so technically my start weight is 98.2kg...which was my weight at my first consult on May 8th
This morning (day 4 of challenge) I weighed in at 95.9kg...which means that I've already lost 2.3kg. Nearly half of what I set myself to lose in 8 weeks!
I am doing really well at the gym. I've been 4 times this week. I feel like I'm pushing myself...but maybe not as much as I can. That's why I'm going to start personal training soon. Looking forward to it but I'm nervous!
