Workout plan

I went for y gym consult today and the trainer was great!
So supportive and he thinks I could do really well.
He put me on a fat burner plan...lots and lots of cardio!
He wants me to workout for at least 45 mins 4 times a week

15 mins treadmill
15 mins elliptical/cross trainer
15 mins bike
5 mins rowing

It seems easy, but he wants me to work hard at it and sweat it out so I won't be taking it easy that's for sure!
