Weight loss challenge Day one!

I guess I should suck it up and announce my start weight...

14.5.12: *gulp* 97kg *gulp*

But on a good note, according to the gym scales, I have lost 1kg this week. Woo that's a good start!

The rules of the challenge are simple. Log a training session at least 4 times per week and eat well. Easy as that!

First workout was a boxing class. So painful! Stair runs with 2 x 10kg dumbbells was ridiculous! And we did so many crunches that I thought I was going to vomit

I'm sure I can do this. I can and I will lose 5kg in the next 8 weeks :)
