I just got home from work (where I had to stand up at a register for 4 hours)
Everytime I coughed/sneezed my port area would feel really tight and then I would move around a bit and it would relax
It doesn't hurt, it's just a bit uncomfortable at the time
Has anyone else experienced this?

I am over a year out from surgery and I have pain in that area all the time. Not necessarily tightness but pain. It sometimes worries me since it has been so long... I should probably ask someone about it.
I actually have an annoying tug/pain very frequently in my port area. I assume it's just going to be what I have to deal with. If it's really painful, I'd talk to your surgeon.
My port is kind of in a weird spot and it sort of catches on my belt/waistband all the damn time. So yeah, kind of uncomfortable. It sometimes just randomly aches a bit too. My Dr. says it's not uncommon, but if it keeps up, ask yours and see what s/he says. :)
