Today marks the beginning of hell…AKA Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred!
Just completed L1D1 and all I can say is OUCH!
Jillian sure did kick my butt and she didn’t even ease me into it…drop and start push ups within the first 5 minutes!
I had to do the modified EVERYTHING!
I couldn’t even do jump ropes for the entire time, I had to keep alternating legs
And those bicycles are killer! I did them at personal training and the trainer kept pushing me to go faster. But Jillian likes them slow and steady and I could not keep my legs in the air for that long!
I’m proud of myself for completing the whole thing…I was so tempted to quit at the half way mark.
I’m actually starting to see some muscle tone in my bicep, but my arm is still disgustingly flabby!
