I got a tiny fill...

and lord I hope I didn't push the limits
I've lost 3kg since seeing the doctor last and she was really happy about that (it's been a month)
I just feel like I'm snacking too much and my portions are still slightly too much than I should be eating
She put in 0.2cc
Fingers crossed that this is my sweet spot!

I had a tiny fill 0.3 ml and it made more of a difference than the previous 1 ml. I don't get band maths but it must work.

Snacking is not bad, as long as the snacks are healthy for you like fruit and vegetables. Always remember that your body knows what it needs and when it is hungry. It is the mind that tries to play tricks and tell us things that are untruths.

I say eat those snacks Alyce as long as they are veggies or fruits!

Congrats on the loss, you are back in the game!!
