Zumba in the morning! Gosh I love it so much!
And in the evening I did Day 2 of the 30 Day shred
I really did not want to do the shred, but I've eaten so much crap this weekend and its that time of the month
I've really been struggling lately to decide whether I need a small fill or not
I've got an appointment for Wednesday, and although I've lost weight this month, I still find myself snacking and my portions are not the "half cup" that we are told to eat with the band
The only thing that I'm concerned about is being too tight
I know that I am close to my sweet spot, I just don't know how close!
I haven't had any "stuck" moments since my last fill so that's good
I guess I'll ask my doc and see how I go. I might just add 0.1cc...would that even make a difference?
Anyways, I shall leave you with a picture of my sweaty face after the shred!
