Plateaus are sucky

I have been at the same weight all week and it is really not doing anything good for my motivation

The fill did jack all and I'm still as hungry as I was before it
I have to wait another 2 weeks before I get my next fill and at this rate I doubt I would have lost anything by then

I really need to start counting my calories because I'm constantly nibbling

I've been walking most days and still no loss!

How do I get out of this?!

Girl....I feel you. I just got a fill a week ago and wish I would have gotten more. Ugh. This must be the bandster hell everyone talks about. I am trying to follow all the rules, but this is hard. Good luck to you and keep your head up....this will pass!

Near the beginning I tried to increase my calories just a bit (like 1500 instead of 1200). It helped sometimes and sometimes it didn't. Or I would workout a bit more.

I know it's frustrating, but this will pass :)

Its hard! I only lost 2kilos last month..... but its ok because at least is a loss hey?! I was loosing huge nuumbers and now its small... its ok... make sure you dont weigh yourself everyday... that has saved me from going insane!

Just know that soon you will find a good place restriction wise and the weight will melt off!! Whenever my weightloss slows down I try to calm myself down, tell myself this is a marathon, not a sprint and chill out. Weight loss will come and adding a bunch of stress will only make it worse, so try to stick to the basics and do your best, the numbers will follow
