hello lovelies
not long now until I'm banded!
Hating optifast right now, I'm snacking way too much just on little things like tiny pieces of cheese or slices of ham
Scale hasn't moved either :(
Just got home from my pre-op appointment
What a bloody waste of time
The surgeon had no idea when my surgery was and the whole thing took about 5 minutes even though I was waiting over an hour!
He just asked about optifast and was really happy about my loss so far but that was it!
I guess it was also kind of my fault because I had no questions to ask him!
Everyone here and on LBT had already answered everything I needed to know!

I had the same problem with my surgeon, I had done my research and had all the answers to all my questions before I saw him:)
